    It is the same type of material that is used for door cup protection, which I've used for a number of years. You simply apply your HOV tag to the sticker, it's slightly larger so its easy to fit. Clean the spot on your car where you will apply the sticker. Peel it off then spray it with slightly soapy water and put it on the car. They even include a squeegee to remove the excess water. It took less than 5 mins to save my paint. The MD stickers are not otherwise removable. It shipped quickly via the Atanta post office right on time for my next trip to DC.
